Ron Attends Philippine Book Festival 2025 Day 4

The books on display at the RomanceClass booth

Okay, so the original plan was to attend both day three and day four of the festival since it was the weekend, but my personal life got in the way so I could only the last day of the festival. I tried to do as much as I could!

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to visit a lot of booths or go to the different events because I arrived at lunch and I wanted to do my part in manning the Romance Class booth, which is always a fun thing for me to do because I get to be a book pimp and I even got to “man the register” this time around, which is probably just my Chinese blood springing to life.

And “manning the register” was definitely a lot of work even for the short time that I did it because a lot of people checked out the books and most importantly bought them. It’s a safe bet that H. Bentham’s Kiss Away the Goodbye was the bestseller this time around because so many people were asking for it even before the live reading of an excerpt from the book.

Of course, the live reading was another memorable part of Romance Class’ participation in the Philippine Book Fair this year. I may be a little biased here, but of course I thought Gio and Jef’s reading of the Kiss Away the Goodbye excerpt was the most crowd-pleasing one, if we’re judging from just the screaming.

I also took a few pictures this time around! Check them out below.
