It’s the season finale! I haven’t been regular with this because my work life has been kicking my ass but I’ve got some time now! Let’s get into it!
At the end of the previous episode, Simon finally admitted to the truth — he can’t wean himself from that royal dick. He and Wilhelm have sex again and this time around, Wilhelm remembers to close the curtains. Good job!
There’s no time for after-sex cuddles, though, because Simon has to go the police to report that August disseminated what is essentially a video of two minors having sex. Whether this will be effective remains to be seen because Sara has given August a heads-up, and she might just have made things even more difficult for her brother.
Well, it doesn’t look like August hasn’t done anything yet as we see him shirtless in his room still contemplating what to do. He decides to call Jan-Olof and if he expected a shoulder to cry on, it’s not what he gets. And he isn’t as strong-willed as Wilhelm and can’t stand up to the royal court. But he’s going to use Alexander instead, which may or may not be a good idea.
The next day, August messages Wilhelm and tells him that he needs to tell him something about Simon, which immediately worries me. What the hell has he got planned now?
Meanwhile, Simon meets up with Marcus and his big remote control and at least he knows well enough to break it off with Marcus before fully committing to Wilhelm. Or at least I think that’s what he’s going to do?

Breaking up is what Simon was going to do and Marcus and his big remote control were perceptive enough to see this coming. Even with his big remote control, he’s no match for royal dick, but he can definitely mouth off! Marcus calls out Simon for getting off on being a victim and never taking accountability for anything and I am gooped and gagged.
Wilhelm is having his own confrontation elsewhere in the school with August, who reveals to Wilhelm that if Simon reports what he did to the police, Alexander will be the one to take the fall. Jesus Christ, Alexander. Grow a spine!
But it turns out that maybe Alexander does have a spine and is just being practical? The way August explained things, it does seem like Alexander won’t have to do any time in prison and will also have the royal court indebted to him for helping to protect it. August is also going to pin the blame on the drugs found in the school on Simon and things are not looking good for Wilhelm. What is he going to do now?
Things aren’t looking good for Sara, either, who has seen Felice’s horse be sold to a family she doesn’t think is right for the horse. Felice tells Sara several secrets about herself to sort of make it up to her, but Sara reciprocates Felice’s honesty with actual honesty and tells her that she’s in love with August. But once again Felice shows that she’s a girl’s girl and tells Sara that she shouldn’t be in love with August not because she’s her ex, but because August is just a bad person, period. And if Sara knew what August has planned for her brother, I think she’d see the truth!
AND SHE MIGHT JUST FIND OUT BECAUSE WILHELM TELLS SIMON ABOUT AUGUST’S PLAN AND KNOW HIM, SIMON, AND FELICE ARE TRYING TO FIND OUT WHO TOLD AUGUST ABOUT SIMON’S PLAN. OH SARA BABY YOU ARE IN DEEP DOODOO WATER.
Wilhelm and Simon confront August at the shooting range AND THEN WILHELM POINTS THE SHOOTING RANGE GUN AT AUGUST. HE’S WILLING TO SHOOT HIM SINCE THE ROYAL FAMILY IS GOOD AT COVERING ACCIDENTS ANYWAY. HE REALLY WANTS TO KNOW WHO TIPPED OFF AUGUST AND IF I WAS SIMON I WOULD HAVE GIVEN WILHELM A BLOWJOB RIGHT THERE EVERYBODY ELSE CAN WATCH.
Wilhelm literally shoots at a target and then points the gun back at August and Sara finally admits that it was her that told August about Simon’s plan. This is me being a broken person but Wilhelm has never looked more attractive than when he was demanding August reveal who tipped him off. I’m sorry, I need therapy!
Simon, understandably, is mad at Sara. Felice calls her despicable. And Wilhelm spits in August’s general direction. And Sara is mad at August because this isn’t what she thought August would do. And now August has an idea of how heavy the head that wears the crown.
What happened at the shooting range has multiple effects. Simon’s no longer going to the police and Wilhelm can’t stand his parents even more. Felice is moving to another room in the dorm because she can’t stand Sara right now. And August is trying to contact Sara but I think that’s not going to happen now.
On the day of the jubilee, Wilhelm is definitely feeling the noose tighten around his neck, especially when August arrives powered by pills. August does look like the proper choice for the crown while Wilhelm seems ill-suited for it.
But maybe he’s just as ill-suited for it as Wilhelm is, because once he sees Sara leaving he crumbles. He’s bought Rousseau for her but Sara never wanted the horse for herself. She just wanted it to be in a good home and she can’t raise Rousseau as one of the poors!
While August is crumbling, Simon and Wilhelm finally come to an understanding. Simon is fine with waiting until Wilhelm turns 18 before they can be publicly together, just as long as there are no more secrets between the two of them moving forward. Of course, there’s going to be trouble in one way or another because we’ve still got one more season left!
August’s potential downfall continues as Sara is the one who makes the police report as she leaves Hillerska. And then Wilhelm steps up to deliver the jubilee speech despite making it appear that won’t be able to earlier. Oh I wonder how August is going to look by the end of this episode!
But it looks like we won’t know because not only does Wilhelm call out the lies and the stodginess of the royal court, he also admits that it was him in the sex video. Him and Simon. And then the two of them share a smile. Who said romance was dead?
