Second episode of this show? Still fun for me! Let’s see where else they’re going to take us!
At the end of the last episode, Suo Wei has Chi Cheng go against the snake farm where he bought defective eggs. Or at least that’s how I understood it! I could be wrong!
We don’t immediately find out what happens there, because the first scene we see is Chi Cheng answering a call from Suo Wei, who’s asking him for a loan of ¥200,000. What’s the plan here? He’s going to use the money to buy snake eggs, and now I’m start to question my memories. What happened to the defective eggs from the last episode? Either way, Suo Wei gets the money, and you know what? I want a sugar daddy too.
Because I’ve never had a sugar daddy. If I wanted a sugar daddy, yes I could probably go out and get one because I am what? Sickening. You could never have a sugar daddy because you are not that kind of girl. Baby, everything I’ve had I worked for and I’ve gotten myself. I’ve built myself from the ground up. Bitch!
The snake eggs Suo Wei’s buying are 2,000 snake eggs, and I’m just agog. Anyways, Suo Wei already knows he’s being scammed by the snake seller, but he’s still buying the snakes. Again, what’s the plan here? We then see Chi Cheng selling eggs to the snake seller, but it’s…well, I can’t tell from the screen, but aren’t those chopped-up snakes? The subtitles say they’re snakes, but I don’t think they are!
Well, I was wrong. Those are the snake eggs that Suo Wei bought from the guy, that Chi Cheng is not selling back to the guy since they’re defective, and with a 100 percent markup. And then the additional ¥200,000 gets sent to Suo Wei, or at least that’s how I understood the scene. Again, I need a sugar daddy.
Because I’ve never had a sugar daddy. If I wanted a sugar daddy, yes I could probably go out and get one because I am what? Sickening. While Suo Wei plans to buy actual healthy snakes with the ¥200,000, Chi Cheng is at the family business’ warehouse, looking for his snakes. They haven’t found it yet, but when a random employee walks past talking about how fresh the cafeteria food is, my first thought was that it was Chi Cheng’s snakes being served. I’m sorry!
Suo Wei, on the other hand, has bout his healthy snakes and is even showing them off to Chi Cheng. I’m a little fuzzy on the timeline here because I don’t know the life cycle of a snake, but I’ll ignore that and suspend my disbelief. Chi Cheng’s charmed by how persistent Suo Wei is, and when Suo Wei gifts a terrarium to Chi Cheng’s snake? Oh I know Chi Cheng got hard. Chi Cheng asks if there’s a gift for him, since he and his snake are two different entities, so Suo Wei opens his butthole presents him with one of those sugar thingies that he threw at him in the first episode. But Chi Cheng wants Suo Wei to blow him a new sugar animal instead. A snake! And that is definitely a metaphor because Chi Cheng has ~feelings~ watching Suo Wei blow that snake.
Suo Wei tries to arrange another meet-up, and Chi Cheng responds with

My golly.
Suo Wei bites off the head of Chi Cheng’s sugar snake, and you know what? I think Chi Cheng’s into that. He asks Suo Wei to make him another snake, which Yue Yue thinks is a gift for her when Chi Cheng goes back home, but it isn’t. It’s something Chi Cheng is keeping for himself, and I think Mr. “I only do sex” is feeling a little fond of someone!
However, Yue Yue may have spoiled the emotion a bit when she points out that the…beauty product? that Chi Cheng uses is the same as Suo Wei. I Googled a bit, and it’s called a moisturizer called Da Bao, and it’s the name Chi Cheng uses for Suo Wei on his phone. I guess it means something, and will mean even more further down the line!
But before we find that out, Yue Yue gets told that she’ll be meeting the parents on the weekend, which of course has her counting her chickens before they hatch. I’m guessing something’s going to happen…and that something might just be Suo Wei.
And what’s happening with Suo Wei at the moment? Getting blankets and bedsheets and clothes from Chi Cheng, because he noticed that what Suo Wei was using had a hole in it. And I’m sure there’s another hole Chi Cheng wants to work on, wink, wink, nudge, nudge.
It’s not like I’m wrong, you know! Chi Cheng message Suo Wei to ask if he’s received everything, and Suo Wei reminds him that they’re meeting in the park on Saturday, Chi Cheng’s reply?

Suo Wei, baby, honey, sweet summer child. I don’t think Chi Cheng is a ride you’re going to survive.
We then are shown the Cheng Yu Snake Garden, which I first thought was the park where Suo Wei and Chi Cheng were going to meet, but I’d forgotten that there’s another character named Cheng Yu who wants to bend Xiao Shuai over and is press you against the wall insistent.

Cheng Yu does confirm my suspicion that Chi Cheng’s snakes are in the cafeteria. He plans on taking some of them for himself, because Chi Cheng stole someone from him before. Did these two share a bussy before? I don’t think either of them bottom.
Cheng Yu heads to the cafeteria of Chi Cheng’s family’s company, and that’s where I find out that he’s also a godson of Chi Cheng’s dad? I guess this was all in the webnovel this show is adapted from. He notices that there’s something unusual about the cafeteria, but it’s not fully explained. It is clear that the snakes are somewhere inside, and Cheng Yu gets himself wounded while searching. Since he’s wounded and everything, why not visit a doctor to look at it? Specifically, Xiao Shuai?
Cheng Yu heads to Xiao Shuai’s clinic, and when Xiao Shuai takes him to the back to give him a tetanus shot, he pulls his pants and underwear down, and I’m like…you administer tetanus shots on the butt? Because I’ve gotten a tetanus shot and I did not have to take my pants off. Anyways, it’s not like Xiao Shuai didn’t take a good look.

We go back to Suo Wei, who’s waiting at the park for Chi Cheng to show up. Yue Yue and a friend see him at the park, but she at least has the good sense not to approach him. She’s convinced she’s going to get married to Chi Cheng becase, well, he’s taking her to his parents. Can’t blame her!
Chi Cheng finally arrives, but since Suo Wei isn’t exactly well-versed in the Way of the Gay, he’s finding it hard to make his move. Chi Cheng, on the other hand, is a slut, and just grabs Suo Wei’s ass. He says Suo Wei’s got a big ass, which really is where I suspend my disbelief. It’s not like I’m a paragon of male beauty, but I can confidently say that the two of you do not have big asses.
It’s also Chi Cheng that takes the initiative when Suo Wei can’t muster up the courage to hold his hand. Suo Wei’s struggling at first, but when Yue Yue calls Chi Cheng, he’s suddenly found the strength to keep Chi Cheng’s hand in his. I wonder when the turn’s going to happen, when Suo Wei ends up wanting Chi Cheng?
As for Cheng Yu, he’s really into Xiao Shuai, especially now that he seems impervious to his charms. We also get to see that Chi Cheng stood Yue Yue up, because Suo Wei literally did not let go of his hand and he let him do that. Xiao Shuai’s disappointed that that’s all that happened, and Suo Wei says what’s wrong with holding hands? Yeah, what’s wrong with it?
Xiao Shuai says the next time Suo Wei meets up with Chi Cheng, he needs to get to ~the point~ because if he stood up Yue Yue for him, that means the ~seduction~ is working. It’s time to bend over, Suo Wei!
