The relationship between Jaeyeong and Sangwoo took several steps forward in the previous episode, but since this is only eight episodes, there’s bound to be a setback before we get to the happy ending, right?

We’re back at the dressing room where Jaeyeong and Sangwoo have returned their costumes, and we see Jaeyeong asks Sangwoo out on a movie date inside that small space. Sangwoo can’t handle all of that, though, and runs away from Jaeyeong instead.

We find out the next day that Sangwoo hasn’t responded to Jaeyeong’s messages since then, and Jaeyeong’s getting anxious. Sangwoo’s even absent from class, despite having gone to his classes even while injured, so Jaeyeong is getting anxious even more.

So where is Sangwoo? At home, looking up the terms “weird bodily sensations”, “abnormal desires”, and “hormone disorder” online. Sangwoo, honey, that’s called an erection. But what Sangwoo really has at the moment is a touch of the internalized homophobia, as he pushes Jaeyeong away and tells him that he hates seeing him every day. Jaeyeong isn’t a doormat, so he tells Sangwoo fine, you won’t see me around anymore. He fixes Sangwoo’s bike when it falls down though!

Jaeyeong makes good on his promise, and of course Sangwoo misses him, whether he admits to it or not. However, this absence allows Jihye to swoop in and try to establish a connection. She has her work cut out for her though, because Sangwoo’s missing Jaeyeong enough to screenshot his Instagram posts. You’ll still hear those two blood fat cocks slapping hands, Jihye!

Jihye even inadvertently gives Sangwoo advice on how to get things back to “normal” with Jaeyeong. Poor girl. And then she asks for him to take her out to a meal in return and Sangwoo brings her to the restaurant where Jaeyeong is working as a waiter. Poor girl. Sangwoo then see Jaeyeong walk out of the restaurant and then he leaves Jihye as he chases after Jaeyeong. Poor girl.

Sangwoo and Jaeyeong finally face each other for the first time since their fight, and Sangwoo calls Jaeyeong hyung. Oh, the implications. The ramifications. The erection Jaeyeong’s probably starting to get.
