Ron Does Stuff

I think this is the most recent episode? Anyway, I’m catching up!

At the end of the previous episode, we learned about the existence of Nishino village, as well as the existence of Mineyama, who’s been wanting to ride Ivan’s dick for the longest time, apparently. What are we going to learn in this episode?

The episode starts back at Hana’s apartment, where Ken shares that he probably wouldn’t have been able to leave his room for a month if he found out that his sister and best friend weren’t real. Ken also doesn’t want to go to school, but he doesn’t say this thought out loud.

Someone who’s being loud is Asa, who is really longing for a hug from Yuru inside Yin and Yang’s combined body. Fake!Asa, on the other hand, is just devastated with how everything turned out between her and Yuru. She finally reveals her true form and her real name, Kiri, and together with Danji, they share their story.

The two of them used to be Daemons in one of the smaller villages outside of the main stronghold that was Higashi village, but their master was killed in the Battle of Sekigahara, which led to the rise of the Tokugawa shogunate. I love how the show is using actual Japanese history! I checked!

After that, the two of them didn’t have a master for centuries until they were discovered by Roei, Dera and Ken’s dad. He gave them to Kyoka, who just lost her husband and kids, which led to Kyoka being brought into Granny Yamaha’s scheme. After which, episodes one to 20 happened.

With all of that cleared up, Yuru asks to speak to Asa alone. He tells her that she’s been honest with him about everything, even the things that could have potentially made him turn away from her, so he’s responding to her now with complete honesty as well. Danji and Kiri may have been imposters, but they made life bearable for Yuru when he was left behind by his and Asa’s parents.

Asa is definitely missing those 10 years that she wasn’t with Yuru, but Yuru promises her that their family is going to have their happily ever after after Asa shares that they’ve always been part of her wish to live a normal life. Now all they need to do is find their parents, and they’re going to do that by tracking down Ivan.
